- Yes! Companion Basic Rx and Companion POS Rx cover up to $250 a year for use on dental services, like cleanings, X-rays and more. (Companion Basic Rx 2 has a $225 limit.) You simply pay the dentist with your Flex Card, and you’re good to go. There’s no set network, so you can go to any dentist you choose. You may have a copay or coinsurance for some dental services.
