- Yes! We cover up to $2,000 a year for use on dental services like cleanings, X-rays and more. You pay the dentist and then send us the receipt. If your dentist submits the claim for you, you don’t need to send us the receipt. There’s no set network, so you can go to any dentist you choose. You may have a copay or coinsurance for some dental services. Check your Summary of Benefits.Our drug formulary (the list of drugs we cover) is available online at our pharmacy coverage page. Members have access to emergency and urgent care across the country. Our plans also offer Assist America® for members who travel 100 miles or more from home. This service connects you to prompt medical attention and helps make sure you’re admitted to reliable hospitals when needed. With doctors, nurses and emergency medical technicians on staff, help is just a phone call away, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.Yes! Our virtual health coverage includes the ability to talk to a board certified doctor or counselor by phone or secure video through hally.com, 24/7. You may also connect with your primary care provider or specialist over the phone or online with our telehealth benefit. Access varies by provider. Speak with your provider to determine availability. Copayment may apply.Yes! We offer an allowance to purchase up to $40 per quarter in over-the-counter (OTC) products from a catalog with hundreds of available items. It’s limited to one order per quarter and unused dollars roll over to the next quarter. This OTC benefit is only available with the Guide HMO Rx and Guide HMO Rx 2 plans.Yes! Get paid back for a variety of fitness activities, including gym memberships. You can also get reimbursed for golf, online fitness subscriptions, weight loss programs and more.
